No cracks in the outside rim, there are 4 small where bar meets outer rim and hub see pictures.
The SS emblem is in great condition. The wood grain is starting to come loose on one end of the horn shroud see picture. This steering wheel is in steerable/driver quality condition. It has the usual small nicks and scratches but is very steerable.
