The original mount nut snap ring are both included. The black finish color on foam wrap itself is in very good condition with some light wear marks showing but no fading at all.

The foam wrap holds tight all around wheel. This is a used part so please look at the pictures and ask any questions. Up for sale is a factory Gm original black 4-spoke-sport faux leather look foam wrapped steering wheel removed from 1994 Chevrolet Silverado k-2500 model truck. There is no wear on all four of the raised seams steering wheel spokes.

Included is the Chevrolet horn pad button that has all of mount fingers intact on backside.
