This is an excellent nos never installed condition steering wheel. Usually our nos parts are in very good condition except for a minor manufacturer flaw or some small scratches from storage. It has light surface rust on the back.

This is correct for all Gmc trucks, Jimmy's and suburbans Chevy blazers includes horn cap mounting hardware. Sometimes they come from storage locations where were stored in bulk. Some nos parts may have shelf box wear.
