I can provide more pics if needed. I changed it because of the hairline cracks on the top of the wheel. I am pretty sure this wheel fits many MB vehicles, but I can not guarantee fitment, you should verify with your local dealer before buying.

The leather is in excellent condition. Item is sold as is there is no warranty. They are not really bad, definitely better than a lot of them out there and probably won't be noticed unless you show them to somebody.

This wheel came off my 2008 E350 4 mastic. There is one on the bottom of the wheel that you won't see installed. They can be seen in the pics.
