Go fast, start steering and get a side load on the car, then lift come off the gas the back will come around and while you lift open your hands, the steering wheel will run through your hands against lock, then step on it for full throttle and slowly bring the steering wheel back to straight as you are power sliding through the curve. I once co drove some laps at the Porsche Wasatch test track with Porsche legend Roland Ismail in a gt2 and he absolutely mastered that technique, it was scary as hell and by far the best ride I ever had in a gt2 we plowed sideways through all curves and he was using that very same technique it was amazing and exhilarating.
