I put a multi meter on the lead to horn, and ground, there is continuity ground when each horn button pushed. This means the horn buttons are in working condition. There is some light dust on the splines, but they all look clean, and steering wheel ready to install. 1990 - 1997 MAZDA MIATA OEM BLACK STEERING WHEEL NA01-32-980D, This is a Mazda Miata Steering wheel.
