This is a 100 functional steering column from 1970 Deville with 70k on the odometer it used, but still nice cosmetic condition and if there are any problems, I will accept return, no problem. All functions work correctly, to include the tilt function it also does come with key and everything else is present, wring harness plugs wiring.
