Comes with the steering wheel, air bag, ignition and steering column. Only piece that is missing is two plastic covers on the side of the steering that covers the screws for the air bag.

Canada is an extra charge depending on location. The leather wrapped steering wheel has wear however this can be fixed and I have the number of a guy who can fix this.

Priced to sell so don't miss out. Also I do not have the key for the ignition.

This came from a 91 turbo so it has the cruise control, intermittent wiper function, tilt steering.
