There are cracks in the plastic in at least four places. This is the standard wheel for the 1970 model's.

The collar has rust out on lower bottom. The splines are in good shape for mounting the collar. Here for your consideration is a 1970 e body steering wheel with collar. Sold as needing work and restoration.

This set needs some work,restoration. Will fit the later model's as well. The pictures will tell the story.
