The black leather is in good condition. Used 13 or 33mm across Victor black leather steering wheel it is covered in black leather and the exposed metal has a black matte finish. On the back of this steering wheel Victor is printed and underneath are the numbers on the back of the right spoke Victor is printed.

Included is an adapter hub that will fit 69 chevy Camaro or any other chevy that has the same column. As shown in the photographs, there are some scratches and nicks on the metal. Below that is 3 l 33 kba7014 the rest of the number is covered by the hub.
