It would need to be stored. I didn't have a wheel puller. It was a option from 1961-1966. Displays very well.

Part of the steering shaft is still on it. Chrome horn ring is very nice, bright and shiny. Very slight pitting. This is a pretty hard to find old steering wheel.

The wheel shows wear like most of them do. There are tube videos out there and its not really that hard but it takes time. Good rare wheel to restore. Lots of cracks but no missing pieces.

Could use as is with a clear sealer.
