It is in very bad shape. Part # is 9000 4 8. Very hard to tell for sure. I have a few other horns listed if you would like to view those as well.

#2 Weighs 1' 2 ounces and is 12V. The brackets are NOT adjustable and from what I have read is that factory Delco horns had non-adjustable. Should you like to view those as well. Probably not worth messing with but couldn't bring myself to throw it away just in case there is something on someone could use.
