As you can hear in the video it will work somewhat. Cosmetically it looks nice, its just a shame won't operate as should. Appears to be dated as 3M1. I've listed the condition as accurately possible.

9000 and higher numbers are from 1964 later. The bracket is NOT adjustable and from what I have read that factory Delco horns had non-adjustable brackets. So I don't know what the deal is.
