This is an original 1941-48 Chevy Deluxe Steering Wheel w/ Horn Ring. Splines look good, 17 diameter. Also shows that it would fit all '41-48 Chevy passenger cars if so desired. GM Book shows this is correct for '41-42 Chevy Special Deluxe and '46-48 Fleet master Fleet line.

Pretty good condition, some normal wear and small cracks, nicks, rubs scratches in the wheel-see photos. Horn Ring is shiny, but does have some speckles, lite pitting, nicks and scratches in areas will need straightening-see photos.
