Absolutely beautiful condition. 5 out of 10. This is one of the best examples of this wheel I have seen note if you would like a different emblem in the horn pad you can choose from the others I have see last pic.
This wheel has no sticky residue at all, no fade in color, the texture is near perfect, no nicks, scrapes or chunks gouged out, the rubber is still soft and playable not stiff and brittle. Blue in color.
