They were obtained in a buyout from Chrysler assembly plant when changed over model years. Please see the photos for images of defects. This was used in the Pt Cruiser from with cruise control.

This may work on other years and model's, however specific wheel was not assembled in them. Since they were for installation in an assembly plant, are bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. This particular wheel has a slight scuff at the bottom of as well some scratches on back.
